Hi Tom,
When I scroll down in My Catalog Grid to a particular entry, within a few seconds it pops back to the top of the grid (first entry). I have re-booted the computer with no fix.
Do you have any solution to this issue?

First time I have run across this issue with the DVDR and I don't have a work around for it. I noticed a similar problem when I use MS Excel 2007. Some times in full layout mode the mouse gets stuck in a multi-cell scroll wheel select mode and won't escape out of it. When you click on a cell with the mouse, a whole bunch of cells get selected. I suppose there could be a similar issue that affects Access somehow, since the Access grid mode has some similarities to an Excel worksheet.
My intuition is that this is either a hardware or Windows/MS Access Issue. You might want to try swapping a different mouse or keyboard and see it the issue persists. Another diagnostic would be to try to open other grid related forms and see if the issue persists across multiple forms.

Hi Tom,
I did try a new mouse with the same results. However, after some switching back and forth with different screens of the DVD Register and with perhaps some passing of time, the problem is resolved. This is the first time that this has happened. If it happens again maybe I will find the problem. While this was happening, the hard drive was not doing anymore than usual. Very interesting what the computer/software was doing.

There were some issues with mouse scrolling in Windows XP. What version of Windows is being used here?
