Update 259 included new Laser Disc cover art images for 2,053 titles that previously did not have cover art. As of Update 259 LD cover art coverage:

No hot spots or reflections
No fingers or mounting hardware visible
No watermarking
Correct exposure; neither washed out nor dark
Color rendering correct for light source
No labels, stock numbering, or writing unless present on the retail package
Shrink-wrap removed or not visible
Original cover not worn or damaged
Front, Rear and Gate images present
