A subscriber reported that the Desktop DVD Register stopped working when he installed Office 365 on his PC. Office 365 is a cloud based version of MS Office provided by Microsoft. Apparently Office 365 install programs locally on the PC and does not depend exclusively in the browser. The subscriber reinstalled MS Access 2003 run-time and the DVDR1.0 started working again.This issue does not affect the DVDR2.0 service that does not use Microsoft Access on the desktop.
